 I would like to share our cycling trip experiences to all of "Bali Cycling and Adventure Tour" customers.

 We could not have biked through Bali with a better guide.  Wayan Lia was knowledgeable, prepared, flexible - and always prepared with a smile of encouragement for those rice terrace climbs.  We rode, ate, drank, relaxed and slept extremely well on our week-long well-documented trip. I can't wait to come back for more!"

Wayan Lia is the best bicycling tour guide! I had a blast in October seeing parts of Bali that most tourists would never get to see. From temples and palaces to waterfalls and batcaves, it was one of the most unique and exciting trips I've ever been on. Wayan Lia is very knowledgable about the island and its history. Wonderful trip!

Please use our comments on your website.  We traveled to Bali for the Bali Paradise bike ride in September 2012.  The pertinent positives are as follows:

1. Wayan Lia was an excellent host and tour guide.  The one comment we all made at some point along the trip was that Wayan Lia never told us "No," or "We can't do that," or "That isn't possible."  Every request was met with Wayan's best effort to acommodate us.  Whether it was switching a room, substituting a dinner, leaving early, sleeping in, etc, Wayan Lia bent over backwards to make our trip spectacular.

2. The lodging was magnificent in almost every city.  The rooms were top notch.  There were beautiful pools and beaches as well and great views of the ocean or city.  The furnishings were very nice.

3. The food was a little spicy, but this should come as no surprise if you are visiting Bali.  For those who did have dietary restricitons, allergies, or more basic tastes, Wayan Lia always made arrangements to have the best possible meal provided.

4. There were beautiful stops all through the island.  I found Wayan Lia to be very knowledgeable and cordial with the locals.  He served as our intermediary numerous times for advice, bargaining during shopping, and with ordering food and drinks.

5. There were some areas with heavy traffic.  Wayan Lia made sure that as cyclists we were protected.  We also always had the option to ride in the van if we were fatigued.

Overall, I would recommend Wayan Lia's services without hesitation.  He and his crew did an excellent job during our Bali Bike Trip.

Our Bali Bicycling tour with Wayan Lia in OCT 2011 was by far the most gorgeous and well supported bicycle trip we have ever done.  Rebecca and I have been on many tours worldwide.  Bali is gorgeous with Mountains, forests, beachs and rice patties of world renown.  The people are delightfully welcoming and Wayan's in-depth local knowledge and continuous, unparalled support made this trip fabulous.  The rides were well planned and suitable for all riders with the ability to hammer, add-on or sit back in the airconditioned vehicle and munch on fresh fruit when the hills were too steep.  Riding is always good, but when interspersed with temple visits, waterfall hikes and monkey forest forays it becomes an adventure in paradise.  Then there were the luscious 3-4 star lodgings,  scrumptious meals and time to shop and frolic on the beach.  This was once in a lifetime tour in paradise.

My cycling trip through Bali with Wayan was terrific!  We looped through busy streets and quiet residential areas that treated bicycle riders as respectfully as fellow motorbike drivers. We cruised through quiet pastoral rice fields, past a volcanic caldera, and down a beautiful winding road through the heart of Bali. We stopped at multiple landmarks throughout the ride and Wayan anticipated and prepared for every need.  He was friendly, thoughtful, and thoroughly knowledgeable of the culture and countryside. In addition, he was generous with advice or ideas for further exploration throughout his country and went out of his way to accommodate every request.  I would definitely take another trip with Wayan as the guide!

Hi Wayan, it was so nice to hear from you. We did make it home safe  and had to go rifght back to work. the trip to Bali was one of the best trips of my life. You and Kadek made us feel so welcome adn took great care of us. Your choice of restaurants and hotels were the best!. I especially liked it when you took us for ice cream!! Your kndness and your sense of humor made us feel so comfortable. You were also very patient with us and went out of your way to take us to see the spa that we were wanting to see before we booked our reservation. I woud trust you driving me anywhere in Bali and look forward to seeing you again on another trip to Bali. Please stay in touch about your business and good luck. You are the best.
